Vevo' & Great Aunt Pat Visit 6:25pm

This is what she looked like when I got there this morning!  she was on her back reading one of our favorite books, "Moo, Baa, La-la-la"..her eyes were open & she was looking at the pictures!  Soo cute!!  Thanks to the Neo Nurse Practitioner, Cindy, who put the book in there for her!!

Today, was a good day..she did go up 30grams in weight, she is 4lbs. 1oz... made the thickest formula is working! Vevo & Great Aunt Patti visited as well.  They got here around 10:30ish, and stayed til about 2:00.. Thanks for visiting!! Vevo' held Gracie for the 1st time..and Aunt Pattie held her as well.  It was nice to visit with them.  They think Gracie is beautiful (of course! lol).  Here's some pictures:

 They had a really nice visit & my dad sent us $$ for lunch..we went to the hospital cafeteria..they have a really good salad bar..so that's what I had for lunch with some water.  They both got the turkey special.  Mom & I had raspberry soft serve ice cream mixed with vanilla soft serve.

I read books today to Gracie, and she laid on  me for awhile.  She was fussing around 5ish, so she went in her mamaroo & I left her sleeping!

Here she is (not sleeping! lol)..but checking out the world with eyes opened wide.  She got to hear Daddy's voice to, as he called when he left Fairhaven..on his way up.

Everyone seems to be on the same page for surgery on Monday.  They'll give her a blood transfusion Sunday night, and stop feeds.  They don't think she'll be intubated long (on the ventiliator) after surgery, because she's been breathing on her own for a month now.

Today is her 3rd month birthday.. my calendar date! Can you believe it?? 3 months already?? Wow!! Happy Birthday, Gracie girl!! We love you with all that we are!!

I'm waiting for Daddy to come for us to have dinner..it's Papa John's pizza is being delivered.. hope there's some bacon & pineapple..
