Monday! Monday!! 2:00pm

Officially, it's one week post surgery, and Gracie is doing Terrific!! Really!! She is 18.5" long.. and weighs in at 4lbs. 14oz!!! (two more ounces to 5lbs!!).  As of today, she is getting 4 ml's by the g-tube/hour, continuously..and they'll go up another 1 tonight & then every 12 hours.. soo by end of week she'll be at the full feeds of 14.. and the NJ (tube in her nose) can finally come out.

Marisa (her OT therapist) was in to see her today..and she was bright eyed .. awake.. soo cute!

She did well with Marisa.. and saw Dr. Beck too.. very relaxed after both sessions.
She has an aquarium thingy in her crib now..so we positioned her so she could look at it & fall asleep to it.. she loves it! 
The surgery was a definite answer to our prayers..she is doing soo well.. THANK YOU ..everyone who prayed for her.. & continues to pray for her & us. 
Thank you God!!

Last night, we got to check off 3 boxes on our "discharge slip".. we watched three discharge dvd's.. hope that means we are almost there.. 

Daddy left a little while ago for home, he'll be back on Friday.  It's 58-60 degrees up here today, very nice out.  I'll post later too.. there's some new people at the house, and some that have left..just when you get rid of a crazy, 3 more come.. argghhh!! (lol)

Here's a couple of pictures from today.. so you can see her chubby legs up top.. soo cute!  She's so tall, I don't think she'll look real chubby..but that's okay too!!




Okay.. big week this week.. our nephew, John Jr. in NY is turning 2.. the same day, as our close friend, Abby is turning 5!! Wow.. Abby, FIVE!!!
