Auntie Lisa in Vegas sent Gracie some books in the mail, Sandra Boynton.. ABC's, and moo, ba, la la la.. one of my favorites among others. Thanks Auntie Lisa. We read to Grace every time we are there, anywhere from 2-6 books.
What can I say? I'm not really sure how I'm feeling. We visited Maxwell today, we have been visiting every time we're home, at least once.. it brings up all kinds of crazy feelings for me. The "reality" part that I'm going to a cemetary to visit my son. We were there as the sun was setting tonight, the wind was blowing the leaves around, and it was just so peaceful. Is that how it is? He must be so peaceful! Just sucks!!
We are getting are stuff ready & packed to leave in the morning. We want to be out by 8:00 a.m., the earlier we leave the earlier we'll be seeing Gracie.
Gary did call to the doctor that was on this afternoon, and just about the same was said. Ventiliator today, maybe start up feedings again tomorrow; maybe while she's on ventiliator to help her.
We'll try to get in to the Ronald McDonald house tomorrow, so I'll have my laptop & write from there tomorrow evening.
As always, thanks for the continued prayers & thoughts!!
Love,
pattie & gary, gracie & maxwell (forever in our hearts)
