An early post today..
to show you all the difference, from a year ago today..
Grace had her hiatal hernia surgery repair last November 7, 2011..
Top right hand corner was a year ago as she awaited surgery, weighing 4 lbs.
and the pic on the left is this morning..
It was an all day surgery, so to buy the time, we went lighthouse hunting..
the picture perfect lighthouse pic on the right is one that we saw!
I teared up a little this morning, when I thought of last year & today..
I'm so proud of you, Grace!!
She's doing GREAT!!!
Thanks to Dr. ML in Maine who did the surgery..she was wonderful in
communicating with us before & after.
Thanks for all the nurses who came in to be with Grace on surgery day.
Then there was the snag that a night nurse pricked herself with Grace's blood
during pre-op the night before, oh geesh.. really??
So, they wanted to get my blood this day in the morning..
Daddy was not happy..we were pretty stressed out as it was.. and now
had to add this to it! Craziness.
Anyway.. Thanks for Blessing us with Grace!!
